Student Organization (ISO) at Northwestern University

The IBiS Student Organization (ISO) provides a forum through which IBiS students can learn from one another, and benefit from each other’s expertise, throughout their PhD studies and beyond. Our mission is to build community among our graduate student body. The ISO sponsors regular social events to promote interactions outside the lab. Additionally, ISO organizes various professional development events, peer-mentorship meetings and outreach opportunities for a well rounded graduate experience. The organization also sponsors the yearly Excellence in Leadership and Engagement Award which recognizes student(s) whom are dedicated to diversity and outreach.
